Telemarketing Sales Associate

Location: Best Choice Print & Marketing Solutions, 27001 Northline Rd, Taylor, MI 48180
Job Description: We are looking for self-motivated and ambitious professionals who want an opportunity to earn a good living and help us grow our business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business via phone and email from prepared list of leads.
- Support for online and phone inquiries from Best Choice website and 800 number.
- Follow up and sales pipeline management of leads generated through Best Choice website.
- Manage all telemarketing and sales activity through ACT! CRM.
- Work with customer service to process orders/contracts and manage communication with customers on live orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- New business development, cold calling skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with ACT! or other CRM a plus
Job Type: Full-time telemarketing sales associate M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: Hourly wage paid weekly and commissions on closed sales paid monthly plus year-end bonus opportunity
