Customer Service Assistant:
- Salary: $15-$17/hr. (Hourly position)
- Direct Report: Customer Service Manager
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant position
- Requirements:
- Excellent decision-making skills. Able to work independently.
- Able to work with and support personnel and management on a regular basis on a variety of tasks.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Must be able to keep yourself and others organized and be able to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office, etc.).
- High attention to detail.
- Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
- Collate and distribute mail.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage accounts and perform light HR and safety duties.
- Dependable attendance.
