Utility/Wood Shop: Will be fork truck certified at Roberds Converting. Responsible for retrieving finished skids from the machine and properly weighing them on the scale. They will input a unique skid tag# into the computer and generate a label for the skid. They will double check the machine cut the paperboard to the correct size requested by the customer. If all is correct they will center the skid with the paperboard on it, wrap it with plastic wrap, and use a hand tensioner to tighten protective strapping on the skid. Once the skid is complete it will safely be moved via fork truck to the finished goods area to be shipped out.

Wood Shop: employee will follow a list of skids for each customer that needs to be made before the order is ran on a machine, employee needs to accurately cut and nail lumber together using electric and pneumatic tools to assemble the skids.
