Roberds Converting is looking for a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Loveland, Ohio. Roberds is a family-owned and operated business since 1907, providing roll to sheet converting for paper and paperboard for printing, packaging, paperboard and beyond. Our plant team is the backbone of our operations, keeping production moving forward to deliver efficient turnaround time for each and every client order.
Role Details:
- Set up, operate, and monitor converting machine functions
- Ability to perform basic math functions, including reading tape measure
- Execute ongoing quality control on orders and products
- Ideal candidate will be reliable and detail-oriented
- Fork truck experience is preferred but not required
