Hazardous secondary material exclusions allow some wastes that would normally be considered hazardous waste to be excluded when recycled. This webinar will go over the new definition of solid waste rules recently adopted by Ohio EPA and some of the requirements for utilizing some new exclusions of hazardous secondary materials contained in them.
