The Americas Printing Association Network (APAN) is pleased to announce the release of the 2024 Wage + Benefits Survey reports. With close to 400 companies participating and data representing over 15,000 employees across North America, this year’s report remains the go-to resource for understanding labor trends and human resource practices in the print and graphic communications industry.
New this year, participants gain access to customizable tools that allows companies to dive deeper into the data, leveraging insights to refine their compensation strategies. These tools enable businesses to benchmark wages and benefits against regional and industry standards, helping them to make informed adjustments that align with today’s competitive market.
“Staying competitive in the current labor market requires more than just data—it requires actionable insights,” said Teresa Campbell, program director and president of PIA MidAmerica. “Our new customizable tools allow companies to tailor the survey data to their needs, giving them the flexibility to explore trends and apply them directly to their own compensation strategies.”
The 2024 report also features segmented insights across sixteen categories, covering positions from senior management to the production floor, along with comprehensive data on overtime, PTO, health insurance, and more. With updated job descriptions for over 200 roles, companies can ensure their positions are in line with industry benchmarks.
