Kurt brings nearly 30 years of experience spanning operations, workforce performance, human capital, employee development, technology, staffing and business growth. His career has included leadership roles in field operations, business development and executive management, along with entrepreneurial ventures focused on workforce development, experiential learning and organizational performance.
At ENCORE, Kurt will help lead Performance Analytics for Leaders, exploring how effective leaders identify the performance measures that matter, translate data into action, coach employees more effectively and improve organizational results.
