Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You will also provide ongoing support to sales and marketing team.

Duties:

Greet & communicate with customers in a professional manner
Collect, maintain, and update customer and vendor account information as needed
Increase revenue by analyzing and reducing costs
Oversee and manage orders through entire job cycle (quotes, order entry, production, and delivery). This includes, but is not limited to:
Prepare quotes and update pricing as needed
Examine original hard copy documents for completeness and accuracy
Route artwork, copy, digital files, or prints to appropriate work areas or vendors
Keep customers updated of job status
Follow-up on orders to ensure accuracy and delivery by specified date/time
Ensure a quality product, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and company performance
Other duties may be assigned by direct supervisor or management team as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exercise good judgment and follow-through on time sensitive activities
Strong computer competency and ability to learn required software
Demonstrate ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling and resolving customer complaints and/or concerns
Willingness to attend and complete supplemental training in industry related programs
Knowledge of printing, marketing, or related field a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

Experience:

Organizational skills: 1 year (required)
Customer service: 1 year (required)
Phone etiquette: 1 year (required)

Type: Fill-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00/hour
