• Lead, nurture, and build both existing + new client relationships
• Provide clients + vendors with product education and support
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining active communication with our network of contacts
• Manage client orders from placing to production through delivery
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and a collaborative problem-solver
• Experience in the paper, printing, and packaging industry is beneficial
• Role is full-time at our office in Loveland, Ohio but will include some regional travel to clients + vendors.
