Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide outstanding service.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Billing and Costing:

Generate accurate invoices based on product/services provided.
Monitor and manage billing cycles to ensure timely and precise invoicing.
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain costing data for accurate billing.
Conduct regular reviews to identify discrepancies and reconcile accounts.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and billing information.
Ensure compliance with billing and costing policies and procedures.

Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and finance, to gather necessary information for billing and costing.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to convey billing details and resolve any concerns.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement in billing and costing procedures.
Proactively contribute to the enhancement of customer service protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and billing/costing roles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using billing and customer service software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
