2021 Wage & Benefits Survey
The 2021 Wage + Benefits survey and reports are a project developed and supported by the Print Industries affiliated organizations. It was conducted in the summer of 2021 and the effective reporting date was August 21, 2021. This year’s survey had 448 participating companies and over 15,000 compensation data points. The compensation levels reflect wages/salaries from experienced individuals in each job classification reported.
NOTE: Management and Department Managers are reported as annual salaries. All other data is hourly. No bonuses and/or incentives are included.
It is by far, the largest and most comprehensive report of its kind.
