Job Description: Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you detail-oriented and focused on quality? Can you analyze and solve problems effectively? Do you have good organizational skills, including the flexibility to shift focus rapidly? Can you effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks? If so, you might just be perfect for this Account Manager position!

As an Account Manager you act as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner. You will be making sure the client is aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success for the client. You monitor the client's budget, explain costs, and negotiate new terms if necessary. You provide progress reports to clients and sales management to ensure a successful product.

You are conscientious about keeping detailed records of all client interactions and transactions. Your job requires a high degree of collaboration as you work with internal departments and clients. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring the accurate and prompt delivery of jobs!


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales or relevant field
  • 3+ years of previous work experience in Account Management or B2B Client Services
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Advance motivational and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
