• Working with sales reps, estimating, and production manager to ensure job details are clearly communicated and progress smoothly through the life cycle of the job.
• Establishing and maintaining positive customer relations from initial contact through project completion - keeping customers informed throughout the production process as to job status, and any changes that need to be addressed.
• Ensuring that customer proofs are received and approved prior to beginning production
• Monitoring progress of jobs throughout production and alert customer as to any delays
• Assisting with estimating and entering job tickets into the production system
• Supporting company Vice President (production manager) on an ongoing basis to help maintain high level of efficiency and to minimize bottlenecks in the production process.

Candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 5 years’ experience in the printing industry.  Additionally, strong organizational and communication skills are a must with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.  Proficiency with MS Office and the interest/ability to learn new programs as well as a desire to grow and excel in an office environment.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to take the next step in their career with a growing company.
