Bindery Cutter Operator

Inland Press, a union shop located in Detroit, MI, is looking to hire bindery workers, specifically an experienced cutter operator.
Job Description: Primary responsibilities will be operating a polar cutter with a jogging and offloading system to jog and trim sheets for bindery finishing or packing for shipping. Must have prior experience working in a commercial sheetfed as a cutter operator. Extra consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience on MBO folders and or Mueller Martini saddle binder.
Experience:
- Must have prior experience working in a commercial sheetfed as a bindery cutter operator (1 year preferred).
- Extra consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience on MBO folders and or Mueller Martini saddle binder.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift (required)
- Monday to Friday
