- Customer Service Excellence:

- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Billing and Costing:
- Generate accurate invoices based on product/services provided.
- Monitor and manage billing cycles to ensure timely and precise invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain costing data for accurate billing.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and billing information.
- Ensure compliance with billing and costing policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and finance, to gather necessary information for billing and costing.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to convey billing details and resolve any concerns.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in billing and costing procedures.
- Proactively contribute to the enhancement of customer service protocols.
- Proven experience in customer service and billing/costing roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using billing and customer service software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
