Emerging Leaders Academy Kicks Off This Week

The wait is over. This Thursday marks the official kickoff of the inaugural Emerging Leaders Academy presented by Graphic Media Alliance in partnership with the Center for Great Work Performance.

Designed for both emerging professionals and experienced leaders, the academy was created to help companies strengthen leadership pipelines, improve communication and accountability, and prepare the next generation of industry decision makers.

Session One, Foundations of Great Leadership Performance, will take place during the Michigan Leadership Summit and will focus on the core principles behind effective leadership, team development, and organizational growth.

For those unable to attend the opening session, there is still time to participate. Individuals who register for the complete academy package will receive access to the December 15 Full-Day Leadership Review Session, where all academy segments will be revisited in a comprehensive recap and reinforcement format. This session is designed to help participants strengthen key takeaways, revisit important concepts, and remain fully engaged with the program regardless of scheduling conflicts throughout the year.

The academy includes a hybrid format with both in-person and virtual participation options, creating flexibility for organizations investing in leadership development across multiple levels of their teams.
