It's Not Too Late to Join the Emerging Leaders Academy

The future success of every organization depends on its ability to develop strong leaders. That's why Graphic Media Alliance partnered with the Center for Great Work Performance (CGWP) to launch the Emerging Leaders Academy, a practical leadership development program designed specifically for individuals with leadership potential who are ready to grow their skills and expand their impact.

The Academy is already off to a strong start, with participants from across the graphic communications industry engaging in meaningful discussions, leadership exercises, and practical applications they can immediately bring back to their organizations. The next session takes place Tuesday, June 23, and new participants are still welcome to join.

One of the unique advantages of the Emerging Leaders Academy is that participants can enroll at any point during the program without falling behind. All registrants receive access to program materials, and the Academy concludes with a special Full-Day Recap and Make-Up Session on December 15, where every session will be revisited, reinforced, and available for anyone who missed earlier classes.

The Academy includes:

  • Five leadership development sessions led by CGWP CEO Kurt Wells
    • Admission to the Michigan Leadership Summit and ENCORE Leadership Conference sessions incorporated into the curriculum
    • Five one-on-one virtual coaching opportunities
    • Access to program materials and resources
    • Certificate of Completion upon graduation
    • December 15 full-day recap and make-up session covering all Academy content

Whether you have a supervisor preparing for greater responsibility, a rising manager looking to strengthen leadership skills, or a future executive ready for the next step in their professional journey, the Emerging Leaders Academy provides practical tools and guidance that can deliver immediate value to both the participant and the organization.

Don't wait until next year to invest in leadership development. The next session is right around the corner, and there's still time to secure your spot.
