Emerging Leaders Academy Launches with Strong First Session at Michigan Leadership Summit

Graphic Media Alliance officially launched the inaugural Emerging Leaders Academy during the recent Michigan Leadership Summit, bringing together current and future industry leaders for an engaging first session focused on leadership development, communication, workforce success, and organizational growth.

The opening session, Foundations of Great Leadership Performance, featured collaborative discussions and practical insights designed to help participants strengthen leadership skills at every level of their organization. The atmosphere throughout the day reinforced the growing need for intentional leadership development within the graphic communications industry, while also creating valuable networking opportunities among peers and mentors.

The Emerging Leaders Academy was created to help companies invest in both emerging and established leaders by providing practical education focused on leadership mindset, employee engagement, succession planning, accountability, workforce retention, communication, and long-term organizational success.

While the first session has concluded, it is not too late to participate.

Professionals who register now will still receive full program access, including participation in upcoming sessions and access to any missed content during the December 15th Full-Day Academy recap and makeup session. That special year-end event will revisit all Academy sessions, provide additional discussion opportunities, and ensure participants can fully benefit from the complete leadership curriculum regardless of when they enroll.

The Academy also includes access to the ENCORE Leadership Conference, virtual follow-up consultations, and valuable peer collaboration opportunities throughout the program year.

Organizations interested in strengthening leadership pipelines and investing in future talent are encouraged to learn more and reserve participation soon.
