Leadership Development Doesn't Wait. Neither Should You.

The 2026 Emerging Leaders Academy is off to a strong start.

Following a successful launch in May, participants recently completed Session Two, continuing their leadership development journey through practical discussions, peer collaboration, and real-world leadership strategies. As word spreads throughout the industry, additional participants continue to join the program, creating an increasingly diverse and engaged cohort of emerging and established leaders.

One of the unique advantages of the Emerging Leaders Academy is its flexible enrollment structure. Unlike many leadership programs, participants can join at any point during the year. Those who enroll after the program begins will have the opportunity to catch up on missed content during the full-day recap session scheduled for December 15, ensuring everyone receives the complete learning experience.

The next session, Developing Leaders at Every Level, will take place on July 21 and will focus on one of the most important responsibilities of leadership: creating future leaders within your organization.

Topics will include:

  • Succession as a system, not an event
  • Coaching, delegation, and decision-making authority
  • Developing future leaders throughout the organization
  • Building leadership capacity beyond a single individual

Strong organizations don't rely on one leader. They intentionally develop leadership throughout the company, creating deeper benches, stronger teams, and long-term organizational stability. This session will provide practical tools and strategies that participants can immediately apply within their own organizations.
