Behind the Scenes with USPS: An Exclusive Look at What Keeps the Mail Moving!

Great industry connections create even greater opportunities!

At Graphic Media Alliance, we believe that building relationships with organizations that support our industry opens doors to valuable experiences, educational resources, and new professional connections.

For those who joined us at the recent ENCORE Leadership Conference or 2026 Golf Tournament, you may have had the opportunity to meet Michelle Shimmel of the Central Ohio Postal Customer Council (COPCC).

Now, Michelle and the COPCC are extending an invitation to GMA members to take part in a special Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the USPS Citygate Plant in Columbus, Ohio.

This unique experience offers participants an inside look at the people, technology, and operations that keep America's mail moving. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility and connect with the Plant Manager and other postal executives.

For printing, mailing, and graphic communications professionals, understanding the processes behind mail handling and distribution can provide valuable perspective on an essential part of our industry's supply chain.
