Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You will also provide ongoing support to sales and marketing team.

Duties:

  • Greet & communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Collect, maintain, and update customer and vendor account information as needed
  • Increase revenue by analyzing and reducing costs
  • Oversee and manage orders through entire job cycle (quotes, order entry, production, and delivery). This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Prepare quotes and update pricing as needed
  • Examine original hard copy documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Route artwork, copy, digital files, or prints to appropriate work areas or vendors
  • Keep customers updated of job status
  • Follow-up on orders to ensure accuracy and delivery by specified date/time
  • Ensure a quality product, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and company performance
  • Other duties may be assigned by direct supervisor or management team as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exercise good judgment and follow-through on time sensitive activities
  • Strong computer competency and ability to learn required software
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling and resolving customer complaints and/or concerns
  • Willingness to attend and complete supplemental training in industry related programs
  • Knowledge of printing, marketing, or related field a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

Experience: 

  • Organizational skills: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Phone etiquette: 1 year (required)

Type: Fill-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00/hour
