Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You will also provide ongoing support to sales and marketing team.
Duties:
- Greet & communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Collect, maintain, and update customer and vendor account information as needed
- Increase revenue by analyzing and reducing costs
- Oversee and manage orders through entire job cycle (quotes, order entry, production, and delivery). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Prepare quotes and update pricing as needed
- Examine original hard copy documents for completeness and accuracy
- Route artwork, copy, digital files, or prints to appropriate work areas or vendors
- Keep customers updated of job status
- Follow-up on orders to ensure accuracy and delivery by specified date/time
- Ensure a quality product, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and company performance
- Other duties may be assigned by direct supervisor or management team as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exercise good judgment and follow-through on time sensitive activities
- Strong computer competency and ability to learn required software
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling and resolving customer complaints and/or concerns
- Willingness to attend and complete supplemental training in industry related programs
- Knowledge of printing, marketing, or related field a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
Experience:
- Organizational skills: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (required)
Type: Fill-time
Salary: $16.00 - $20.00/hour
