Lead Beyond Today at ENCORE 2026
Mark your calendar for October 5 and get ready to Lead Beyond Today at the 2026 ENCORE Leadership Conference.
This year, ENCORE is being built differently. Rather than a collection of unrelated presentations, the conference is designed as a leadership journey, with each session intentionally building upon the last. Throughout the day, participants will explore the areas that today's leaders must master to prepare their organizations for what comes next.
The journey begins with Lead People, exploring how leaders can build a culture people don't want to leave through engagement, accountability, coaching, communication, and developing future leaders.
From there, we'll Lead Operations, examining practical ways AI, automation, better processes, and smarter use of data can improve efficiency and decision-making. Then we'll Lead Growth, focusing on customer relationships, strategic sales and marketing, differentiation, innovation, and uncovering new opportunities in a changing marketplace.
The afternoon continues with Lead with Data, a cornerstone session of the Emerging Leaders Academy focused on Performance Analytics for Leaders. Participants will learn how to identify the KPIs that truly matter and turn performance data into better decisions and stronger coaching. That conversation will then move from theory to the real world during Learn from Leaders, an interactive leadership roundtable exploring how experienced executives put these principles into practice.
Finally, we'll bring the journey back to where great leadership begins: you. Lead Yourself: The Leader Everyone Else Depends On will challenge attendees to think about their own habits, priorities, resilience, decision-making, and continued growth, leaving ENCORE with a personal action plan for becoming a stronger leader.
Whether you're an experienced executive, a new manager, or an emerging leader preparing for greater responsibility, ENCORE is designed to give you ideas you can put to work immediately while challenging you to think differently about the future.
The future will demand more from leaders. Join us October 5 and get ready to Lead Beyond Today.
